InkingKings Tattoo Studio is a professional tattoo and tattoo training studio based in Pune, India. We offer tattoo services, consultations, tattoo training programs, and related creative services.
By visiting our website, booking a tattoo appointment, making any payment, or enrolling in tattoo training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tattoo services are strictly available only for individuals aged 18 years or above. Government-issued photo ID may be requested before providing any service. Tattoo training courses may have additional age or skill prerequisites as communicated during enrollment.
Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Appointment slots are confirmed only after receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Advance payments may be adjusted only once for rescheduling with prior notice. No-show appointments will result in complete forfeiture of the advance amount.
Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling or cancellation is not permitted. Repeated rescheduling may require a fresh advance payment.
All custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of InkingKings Tattoo Studio. Designs may not be copied, reused, shared, or tattooed elsewhere without written permission. Minor adjustments are allowed during consultation; major redesigns may be chargeable.
Tattoo pricing depends on size, complexity, placement, and style. Final pricing is confirmed after design approval. Remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after tattoo completion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, skin issues, pregnancy, or medications before tattooing. While we follow strict hygiene and sterilization standards, we are not responsible for complications caused due to medical conditions, improper aftercare, or external factors beyond our control.
Tattoo healing varies from person to person. Final appearance may differ depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Touch-ups, if offered, are subject to studio policy and defined timelines.
Tattoo training course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Certificates are issued only after successful course completion. Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of studio rules may result in termination without refund. All course materials are copyrighted.
The studio may photograph or record tattoos for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Client identity will not be disclosed without consent. Clients must inform us prior to the session if they do not wish to be photographed.
All website content including logos, images, videos, text, and designs are the exclusive property of InkingKings Tattoo Studio and may not be copied or used without written permission.
InkingKings Tattoo Studio shall not be liable for allergic reactions, medical complications, dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, indirect damages, or delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Pune, Maharashtra.
Proper aftercare is mandatory for safe healing and long-lasting tattoo results. Please follow all instructions carefully.
Keep the bandage on for 3–4 hours. Gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and mild soap. Pat dry using clean tissue (do not rub). Apply a thin layer of recommended ointment.
Wash the tattoo 2–3 times daily. Apply moisturizer after washing. Keep the tattoo clean and dry. Wear loose cotton clothing to avoid friction.
Do not scratch or pick the tattoo. Avoid swimming, sauna, steam, direct sunlight, heavy workouts, and alcohol consumption for at least 48 hours after tattooing.
Peeling and itching are normal. Colors may appear dull initially. Surface healing takes 3–4 weeks, while deeper skin layers may take up to 6–8 weeks to heal completely.
Use sunscreen on healed tattoos, moisturize regularly, and avoid harsh chemicals to maintain tattoo quality.
Contact the studio immediately if you notice excessive redness, severe swelling, pus, infection signs, or allergic reactions.
