All advance payments are strictly non-refundable. Advance payments confirm your booking slot and artist availability.
Appointments cannot be cancelled for a refund. No-show appointments will result in complete forfeiture of the advance amount.
One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Multiple rescheduling requests may require a fresh advance payment.
Custom tattoo design work is chargeable. Once a design is shared with the client, design charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tattoo training course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dropping out mid-course does not qualify for any refund. Missed classes will not be compensated or rescheduled.
Any refunds, credits, or adjustments in rare or exceptional cases are solely at the discretion of InkingKings Tattoo Studio.
